New ING Wholesale Banking Conditions(WBC) valid as of 1st September 2021

We have updated the ING Wholesale Banking Conditions (WBC). You can find the updated conditions at www.ingwb.com/wbc or in section Documents. This version [WBC version 5.0] contains some textual amendments and clarifications and changes based on regulatory requirements. An important change is the incorporation of a fallback provision for the interest calculations in accordance with the European Benchmarks Regulation. We have further clarified the client’s obligations in relation to our regulatory requirements, clarified the data disclosure provision and the possibility for the client to use account information and payment initiation services provided by third parties in accordance with the Payment Services Directive. The updated conditions will take effect from 1st September 2021. The changes are applicable to you unless you terminate the applicable services in writing with effect prior to the abovementioned date of change. Such termination is free of charge. If you have any questions regarding these updated conditions, please contact your account manager.
