How can you report a concern?

If you have reasonable suspicion of misconduct including criminal, unethical or any other misconduct inflicted on, or by, someone in ING, please Speak up!

Anonymity of the whistleblower, confidentiality of identity and details of the concerns are of upmost importance and are respected and protected.

 

 

 

 

What happens after you report a concern?

If your concern is in scope of the Whistleblowing: 

You will be informed about your rights and obligations.

An investigation will be performed

 
If your concern is not in scope, you will be redirected to the appropriate channel within ING.
