In case of a framework contract, as defined in the Act LXXXV of 2009, you are deemed to have accepted the changes if you do not notify us that you do not accept them before the proposed date of their entry into force, moreover, you have the right to terminate the framework contract free of costs, fees and other payment obligations before the date of the proposed application of the changes.

The reasons for the modifications are the changes in the data of the entities carrying out the Bank’s outsourced activities; the withdrawal of tested fax; the amendment of the Bank’s Public Complaint Handling Policy; the amendment of the conditions and circumstances giving rise to the unilateral amendment of the GTC, the List of Terms and Service Prices, the Announcement and the contract; and the regulation of bail-in actions, and changes of ING group entities. The modification is based on point b), d), i), l), o), p) and q) of Section 3.8. of the GTC, and on paragraph (i) of point g) of Section 3.8. of the GTC.
