Payment cut-off times

Cut-off times indicate the deadline by which given processes and transactions must be completed.

The Cut-off time (COT) related to payment processing is the ultimate time for processing today (Book-date = ā€˜D’) and a settlement date according to the published schedule (on ingwb.com). This time and date is guaranteed when you deliver (and authorise) the payment prior to the COT.

Payment cut-off times differ per product, region and channel. Below you can see the different times for the products, regions and channels. ING improves its delivery and process times on a regular basis.
