We would like to inform our valued clients that, with effect from 20 July 2026, ING Bank N.V. Hungary Branch will introduce the Opens in a new tabWholesale Banking Conditions, a centrally developed set of contractual terms that is used across several countries within the ING Group.
The purpose of this implementation is to provide ING clients with a more uniform and transparent contractual framework and to facilitate access to services provided by different ING Group entities under consistent contractual terms and conditions.
Simultaneously with the introduction of the Wholesale Banking Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions currently applied by ING Bank N.V. Hungary Branch will be amended. Following this amendment, the General Terms and Conditions will primarily contain provisions reflecting local requirements and specificities relating to ING's operations in Hungary.
Accordingly, from 20 July 2026, the contractual framework governing the relationship between ING Bank N.V. Hungary Branch and its clients will consist jointly of the Wholesale Banking Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.
