As previously communicated to our clients; to support the digital transition, our bank is currently replacing the system that supports local account management and the processing of various transaction types.
As the next step in this transition, we will be upgrading our payment services. As part of this, starting from 27 October 2025, due to the migration of domestic and international payment processing to new systems, the following changes are expected:
- For international and VIBER transfers, exchange rate determination will follow the process detailed in point I.d. of the List of Terms and Conditions.
- The cut-off time for accepting international payment orders will be changed for several currencies, as detailed in our List of Terms and Conditions effective from 27 October 2025.
- For foreign currency transfers and payment orders submitted via the VIBER system, the settlement of bank fees will change. Fee charges will be summarized on a separate statement, by fee type and account, in a single amount, once a month, on the 3rd working day of the month following the transaction month. The settlement of fees for other payment transactions listed in the List of Terms and Conditions will remain unchanged.
- For transfers initiated with the OUR fee settlement type, the sender pays the full banking cost, which includes the fee charged after initiating the transfer, as well as the intermediary and receiving bank fees. These latter fees are included in the List of Terms and Conditions as a lump-sum fee item. The beneficiary receives the full transfer amount without any fee deduction.
The above-mentioned fees will be settled in a summarized manner on the 3rd working day of the month following the transaction month.
The updated List of Terms and Conditions containing these changes is available on our website and in our branch offices.
