You can change details, such as PA details, limit details, address changes. Select the form in your preferred language, based on the currency of the company programme. If you urgently require a limit change or want to report a lost or stolen card, please contact our ING Corporate Card customer helpdesk.

Select the form of your preferred language below, based on the currency of the card. With the form you can change cardholder specific information like the address or payment information. The form must be signed by the card Programme Administrator.

Changes to the telephone number and/or email address can be made directly by the cardholder in the portal and app under the user account. The telephone number is important to activate the ING Commercial Card App and to approve online payments.  The Programme Administrator can make online changes in the portal and app to card limits and cash withdrawls real-time.
