ING Financial Markets LLC (the Company) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ING Financial Holdings Corporation (the Parent). The Parent is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of ING Groep N.V. The Company was formed in Delaware on March 28, 2002. The Company is a registered broker dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), a netting member of the Government Securities Division of the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC), and a member of various exchanges.
