ING joins the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland

Gregory Lambillon, CEO and Country Manager of ING Wholesale Banking in Switzerland was elected as member of the Board of the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland at the 53rd Ordinary General Assembly.
At a time when global collaboration to support clients across the value chain is key, I am honoured to have been elected to the AFBS Board, contributing to strengthening our collective voice. Foreign banks play a vital role in the Swiss financial ecosystem, and I look forward to advancing our shared commitment to shape a future that benefits our institutions, our clients, and the Swiss economy – says Gregory Lambillon, CEO & Country Manager, ING WB in Switzerland.
The Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland was founded in 1972 and gathers financial intermediaries in Switzerland with foreign majority control. With nearly 100 members, AFBS represents the largest banking group in Switzerland after the Swiss Bankers' Association. AFBS represents the interests of its members towards Swiss government, trade associations and financial centre infrastructure institutions such as Swiss Bankers' Association, SIX Group, esisuisse.
