- Contact: contact your account manager at least 5 days in advance.
- Payment information: please provide all necessary information
- What amount?
- What is your deadline?
- Which bank accounts?
- From and to which accounts?
- Is all funding available?
- What currency?
- Plan - together with your account manager an action plan will be made.
On the day of payment:
- Payment - on the day of payment, you perform the payment as discussed with your account manager.
- Monitoring - ING monitors the payment.
- Validation - After the payment, your account manager will contact you to confirm completion.
