French bank holidays for payments in 2023
Please note the list of the Bank Holidays from the French banks calendar 2023:
Friday April 7th | Friday July 14th |
Monday April 10th | Tuesday August 15th |
Monday May 1st | Wednesday November 1st |
Monday May 8th | Monday December 25th |
Thursday May 18th | Tuesday December 26th |
Monday May 29th |
No transaction (transfer, cheque, LCR…) in EUR and in foreign currencies will be executed during these public holidays. We invite you to please send us your payment instructions via your electronic banking channel on the business days prior to any of the public holidays, taking into account the cut-off times and the execution delays applicable to these transactions (available via the link: cut-off times).
In 2024, your EUR current accounts with ING in France will be able to receive SEPA Instant Transfers (SCT Inst) every day of the year (including weekends and public holidays) 24 hours a day, and an end-of-day account statement could be generated around midnight each day. These changes do not affect the other payment transactions mentioned above.
