ING exchange rates

ING uses the exchange rate that is effective on the date the transaction is entered into your Corporate Card account for conversion of foreign currencies into euros. This transaction entry date may differ from the date on which you used your Corporate Card. ING uses the MasterCard Currency Converter.

Insurances ING Corporate Card

Travel accident insurance

This insurance policy pays out in case of death and certain forms of disability as a consequence of an accident involving public transport, hire car or hired aircraft where the costs are paid with an ING Corporate Card. The maximum coverage is €113,450.

Flight delay insurance

The inconvenience of a delayed flight is offset if you paid with the ING Corporate Card. If your flight is delayed more than 4 hours, you may be entitled to claim €140.

Luggage delay insurance

If your luggage arrives more than 4 hours late, this insurance can cover the necessary purchases of toiletries etc. up to €140. If your luggage has still not arrived after 48 hours, the insurance can pay out another €410. If you wish to make a claim, please contact the SafeGuard service team on + 31 (0)20 574 57 20.
