Wholesale Banking

Welcome toING Wholesale BankingAustralia

We began serving wholesale banking clients in Australia in 1997 with the establishment of a local branch. In 2014, we integrated our wholesale banking activities with our retail banking business to create a universal banking presence. Today, ING in Australia manages over AUD 70 billion in lending assets, including more than AUD 10 billion with wholesale banking clients. Our wholesale banking team offers dedicated coverage and product resources on the ground, with expertise in sectors such as infrastructure, energy (oil and gas, utilities, power, and renewables), financial institutions, real estate, corporate sector, food and beverage, agriculture, transport and logistics, telecommunications, media, technology, and healthcare. Additionally, we effectively leverage our global network to provide coverage across sectors, with metals and mining being one example, alongside specialised product capabilities to meet our clients’ needs. The Australia team provides expertise across a range of products, including financial markets, lending, transaction services, acquisition finance, and loan sales advisory.
