DOOR is our new self‑service digital onboarding tool that makes it easy to submit all required KYC information for one or multiple entities in a single, secure workflow. Designed for KYC representatives and businesses managing several subsidiaries or complex structures, DOOR replaces unclear, manual onboarding with a guided digital process that shows exactly what is needed and keeps everything organised within the InsideBusiness Portal.

How to start onboarding?

1. Log in to Opens in a new tabInsideBusiness. Check that the connection is secure (https:// and ING certificate in the padlock). 

2. In the top‑right corner, open the subscription dropdown and select Client entity onboarding

3. In the left‑hand menu, click Services, then select Onboarding new entity

4. In the onboarding dashboard, locate and open the request with reference case ID. 

5. Fill in all required fields, upload all requested documents, and submit the onboarding request. 

I don't have access to InsideBusiness

  • If you are a new InsideBusiness user and do not yet have access, please ask your relationship manager to create the onboarding request and grant InsideBusiness access to your KYC representative(s).  

    Access may take up to 48 hours to be activated.

What we need from you to complete your onboarding request?

Requirements may vary depending on country and your selections. 

You may be asked to provide: 

  • Entity details and documentation 
    (for example: extract of commercial register, organisation chart, UBO register extract) 

  • Business activities  
    (for example: sanctions, involvement with high-risk countries, transaction profile) 

  • Natural person documents and information 
    (for example ID copies for CEO/CFO and UBO’s, source of wealth) 

I don't see an option for onboarding in InsideBusiness

  1. Switch to the subscription “Client Entity Onboarding” 
    (top-right corner dropdown next to the envelope icon). 

  1. Go to Services (left menu) → Onboarding new entity 

  1. Read the instructions and click Continue Onboarding 

  1. Select an existing case or create a new one in the top-right corner 

How many entities can you onboard in one case?

DOOR supports up to 10 entities per case. For faster processing time we recommend to provide 3-4 entities in single request. 

Do you need to complete everything at once?

No. You can save your progress at any time by using “Save & Exit” button and return later to edit and continue. 

You can move forward only after all required fields in a chapter are completed, but you can always go back to previous sections to adjust information.  

How long is a DOOR case open?

The case is open for 60 days. If you are not able to submit the case in that time the case will expire and you need to start new onboarding request.  

Can you work on one onboarding case with multiple KYC representatives?

Yes - but not simultaneously
Please make sure to save progress before another user continues. 

In which countries is DOOR available?

You can use DOOR in: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

We’re continuously expanding, and more countries will be added soon.
