ING Czech Republic once again awarded the prestigious Top Employer 2026 certification

ING Czech Republic has once again received the prestigious Top Employer certification, awarded annually by the international Top Employers Institute. For the second consecutive year, ING has been ranked among the best employers on the Czech market, confirming its long‑term commitment to excellent people practices.

Top Employers Institute is a globally recognised authority in the field of human resources and people management. It recognises organisations that demonstrate outstanding standards in employee care and HR management. The certification is based on a comprehensive audit that evaluates the quality of HR processes and corporate culture across six key areas and 20 HR topics, including people strategy, working environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.

In 2026, 32 organisations in the Czech Republic met the Institute’s rigorous international standards and were awarded the Top Employer certification.
