    What is a Power of Attorney

    In order to grant a legal entity the right to act on behalf of another a company, a Power of Attorney (PoA) is needed. The Corporate Agent PoA covers this authorisation.  The old Corporate Agent PoA only cover a limited number of transactional services, while the new PoA enables users to do more in InsideBusiness such as onboarding multiple entities or opening new accounts. The new PoA needs to be signed by the account holder granting the authorisation.
