Information Security Specialist
For ING Bank Ukraine we are actually looking for Information Security Specialist, who will be responsible for the assessment, validation, implementation and review of the specific security requirements.
MAIN TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:
- Develop requirements for security settings for information systems.
- Perform 2nd line of Monitoring for adequacy of information security measures applied by IT.
- Provide methodology for assessment of Information Security risk.
- Organize awareness training for staff.
- Monitor and report of Information Security risk.
- Challenge and advice on Information Security issues.
- Highlight deviation with information security standards and local legislation.
- Participate in investigation of information security incidents.
- Risk and control self-assessments.
- Perform other activities related to operational risk management and information security.
- Incidents / events data base management (registration, monitoring).
- Reports’ preparation.
- Review contracts with suppliers for mitigation information security risk.
Desired Skills & Experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in IT/Information Security.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial Bank, risks assessment experience as a plus.
- CISSP certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding of NBU requirements in respect of information security, understanding and practical implementation skills of ISO27001/ISO27002 standard, IRAM methodology.
- Practical skills and experience with security monitoring and vulnerability scanning tools (i.e. NetIQ, Nessus, X-Spider, GFI, Symantec ESM).
- Advanced or upper-intermediate in English – written and verbal skills, native Ukrainian and/or Russian.

- Good analytical skills and sound judgment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across both functional and geographical lines.
- Ability to be firm when needed and show flexibility when possible.

Operational risk manager
For ING Bank Ukraine we are actually looking for an Operational risk manager, who will be responsible for the assessment, validation and review of operational and informational risk.
MAIN TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:
- Risk measurement and assessment, preparation risk Map for non-financial risks.
- Incidents / events data base management (registration, monitoring, data quality assessment).
- Development and updating procedures and policies for operational risk management system.
- Risk and control self-assessment.
- Second line monitoring for assessment of control effectiveness.
- Scenario analyses and assessment of unexpected losses.
- Key risk indication analyses and monitoring.
- Stress testing of operational and informational risk.
- Product approval and review process.
- Challenge and advise business unit on improvement of operational risk profile.
- Validation models for measurement of operational risk and informational risk.
- Assessment data relevant for capital at operational risk calculation.
- Monitor and report of Information Security risk.
- Preparation materials for non-financial risk reporting.
- Participate in investigation of incidents.
- Development/updating of crisis management and business continuity plans.
- Provide methodology for assessment of Information Security risk.
- Highlight deviation in case of local legislation.
- Perform other activities related to operational and information risk management.
- Awareness training for staff.
- Collaboration with other ING business units in scope of operational and information risk management.
Desired Skills & Experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Banking, Risk management, Economic, Technical specialization.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial Bank, risks assessment experience as a plus.
- Operational risk management certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding of NBU requirements in respect of risk management, information security, ISMS understanding Basel requirements and Risk management methodology.
- Practical skills and experience with risk assessment models, capital at risk calculation etc.
- Fluency in English – written and verbal skills, native Ukrainian and/or Russian.
