You can easily download payments onto your own system for storage.
Numbering of account statements starts with 1 on the first book date of the year and increase by 1 on every book date, regardless of the account activity. For ING foreign currency accounts, the statement numbers may differ according to deviating book dates.
InsideBusiness Payments supports the following formats: MT940, MT942 and CSV. It offers a standard layout for CSV, which you can customise.
Additional account statements are available in InsideBusiness Payments under Reporting > Download file: camt.053, camt.054 for Belgian and French accounts or AFB120+ for French accounts.
Yes, you can cancel orders you have sent for processing at any time before the processing date. But you can’t cancel orders on or after the processing date.
ING determines exchange rates to buy and sell foreign currencies twice daily at 13:30 CET and at 16:00 CET. ING works with a margin on these exchange rates.

There is no limit to the number of transactions you import in one file. If you have a large volume of transactions, you can handle it all at one time. Keep in mind that in case of the larger volumes (above 10.000 transactions), you will not be able to see your payment details.

You can make your day-to-day payments and cash management from your tablet exactly as you do from your desktop. For import / export files or printing documents, please use your desktop version.
We do not recommend that you manage your banking over an unknown and unsecure WiFi network. You do not know who owns these WiFi networks and are not secured with a password, which is discreetly provided by the owner.
When you use an ordinary web browser for Internet banking, it is advisable to only connect to a trusted and secure WiFi network.
