How can I get a copy statement?

The Programme Administrator (PA) can call the ING service team and ask for the copy statement of the programmes he is responsible for.
Cardholders can only ask for copy statements of their own card also through the ING service team.

How can I apply for a new PIN?

You need to have access to Smart Data in order to apply for SDRAM. Once you have Smart Data you can apply for SDRAM by calling the ING Service Team +31 (0)10 428 95 81 (24/7)

Lost or stolen card - what to do?

In the event of your card being lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Service team: +31 10 428 9581 (24/7).

When reporting a lost or stolen card, the following information is required:

  • when the card was lost/stolen
  • where the card was lost/stolen
  • confirmation of the last valid transaction with your card.

We will close the account and transfer all account details to a new account number. You will receive a new card within 7-10 working days.

I received a text message from ING about a suspicious purchase. What to do?

Security alerts help prevent misuse of your card. Whenever a potentially suspicious purchase with your card is detected, ING can notify you immediately by a text message to confirm a transaction.


Manage alerts

With security alerts you will be able to receive and send back messages regarding suspicious activity on your card. If a transaction is qualified as suspicious, a text message can be sent to you by ING Commercial Cards (+44 78 60 04 74 44):

  • if the purchase is yours, reply as directed in the text message - no additional action is required
  • if you do not recognise the purchase, respond as directed and ING suspends your card immediately and sends you a message with the necessary details for further resolution.

What is MasterCard ID check?

With the MasterCard ID check, paying for your online purchases is more secure at online stores that support ID check. With each purchase made using your card the service verifies if you are indeed the purchaser. An additional authentication step will take place if necessary. You will be asked to confirm your identity via a text message containing a one time 6-digit code.

How does MasterCard ID check work?

While making an online purchase a “Processing....” window from MasterCard ID check will appear. The ID check system then determines whether an additional verification step is necessary. For the additional verification step, a ID check window will appear in which you must enter the one-time 6-digit code shown in the text message received on your mobile phone.

Can I use MasterCard ID check when I am abroad?

Yes, you can also use MasterCard ID check abroad. Check with your mobile phone provider if there are extra charges for receiving text messages abroad.

When will the one-time 6-digit code expire?

The one-time 6-digit code can only be used once. You have 10 minutes to use the code after you have received it. The code expires immediately after you have entered it. Your ID check account will be blocked after three incorrect entries. In the event this happens, please contact the Customer helpdesk:

Why do I not always receive a SMS in case of online Purchases?

For more secure online payments ING uses ID check with a one-time code.

You will receive this one-time code in a text message on your cell phone if we have your number. You only receive a sms if the retailer participates in this service.

Which exchange rate does ING use?

ING uses the exchange rate in effect on the date on which the transaction is entered into your Corporate Card account, to convert foreign currencies to euros. This transaction entry date may differ from the date on which you used your Corporate Card. ING uses the MasterCard price list.
