More control with additional signing options
Release notes December 2015
Apply signing limits based on the total amount of batches or on individual payments in batches
When authorising a batch, the total amount of the batch is validated against the signing limit. If this amount is lower than or equal to your set limit, you can authorise the batch. If the amount is higher, you cannot authorise the batch.
Now you can choose to apply the signing limit based on individual payments in the batches. This means that the amounts of individual payments within the batch are validated against the signing limit. If the amount of every payment is less than or equal to the set limit, you can authorise the batch. This also applies if the total amount of the batch is higher than the set limit.
If the amount of one payment within the batch is higher than the set signing limit, you cannot authorise the batch. This option is available on the subscription level and applies to all batches for all accounts.
To use of this option, please contact your ING representative.
Get full control over your balance management with ‘Release signature’
Add ‘Release signature’ to your subscription settings and set a threshold for payments that need a release signature. After a transaction has been fully authorised, it will need to be released for execution.
Give your treasurers full control over balance management with ‘Release signature’ without having an official authorisation role in the approving process.
To set up your release signature, contact your ING representative.
