Submit an inquiry to the bank
You can submit inquiry to the Bank in the following way:
- via special box at the сustomer service open area of the Bank on the 1st floor;
- via email to the Bank website;
- via Inside Business Payment (IBP) system;
- by mail;
By submitting the inquiry you provide your consent on the processing of your personal data (нужно вставить ссылку на английскую версию страницы) specified in the inquiry.
The Bank provides written response only if inquiry was submitted in written form.
The Bank handles inquiry within 15 calendar days following the day of receipt however the period of review can be extended up to 30 calendar days if the inquiry requires additional investigation.
