ING goes live with T2 and SWIFT CBPR+

ING has successfully completed all tests and implemented all technical and process changes to comply with the T2-T2S Consolidation (TARGET2) requirements. Starting 20 March 2023, ING will send and receive ISO 20022 messages with the new real-time gross settlements system (RTGS) for TARGET services (T2).

Additionally, ING has successfully gone live with SWIFT Cross-border Payments and Reporting (CBPR+) implementation and will be able to receive ISO 20022 payments messages from correspondent banks, making use of translation where necessary.  Sending of ISO 20022 payments and reporting messages will be implemented on a branch basis and will evolve over time.
