Activate your ING I-Dentity Card
For security reasons, when you log into InsideBusiness, ING requires you to complete a verification step with your ING I-Dentity Card and Reader. Here you will find all the information you need to start using InsideBusiness.
Before you can start using your ING I-Dentity Card and Reader, you first need to activate your card. If this is your first card, follow these steps:
- If your company has appointed a Corporate Administrator, please contact him or her to activate your ING I-Dentity Card.
- In case no Corporate Administrator has been appointed, check the details on the acceptance form. Sign and return the form to the address stated on it. You will receive an email as soon as we have activated your card.
Card renewal and activation
Card activation is no longer possible if you receive your new ING I-Dentity Card after the old one expires. https://insidebusiness.ingwb.com/cardmanagement
If your current card is about to expire, card renewal is no longer possible.
We recommend switching your login method to mToken as soon as possible. In case you are too late, you cannot access InsideBusiness anymore. mToken is the preferred login method for InsideBusiness. Installation and activation can be done within a few minutes. You can find the InsideBusiness app in the app stores (for iOS and Android).
