If you are a victim of any type of fraud involving ING Argentina or suspect a fraud involving ING Argentina, please contact us through the e-mail fraudreport.argentina@ing.com.

If you are a victim of any type of fraud involving ING Brazil or suspect a fraud involving ING Brazil, please contact us through the e-mail fraudreport.brazil@ing.com.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Messages sent on weekends, holidays and/or outside the office hours will be checked on the next business day.

We have become aware that unauthorised third parties have been improperly using the name and other information related to ING ( ING Bank N.V., ING BANK N.V. Argentina Branch and ING Bank N.V., ING BANK N.V. São Paulo Branch and ING Corretora de Câmbio e Títulos S.A.) to offer services.

ING Argentina and Brazil only work with large corporations and clarify that:

  • We do not offer any loan for individual, small and medium companies in Argentina and Brazil.
  • We do not solicit advanced payment for any of our services.
  • ING Argentina and ING Brazil reinforces that it has no knowledge or participation in the aforementioned events and that it has already taken the appropriate measures for cessation of improper use of its name and brand.
