To add value to any share-based programme, ING provides a one-stop-shop platform for participants in your company’s long-term incentive plan (LTIP) called MyLeo. Currently employees of many listed corporations in 70 countries use MyLeo to manage their individual LTIPs. Employers have a collective custody account with MyLeo as its sub-administration which eliminates the need for participants to open individual bank accounts with ING.
MyLeo can also be branded to the employer’s preferred look and feel. The multilingual service desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for technical support to your employees.
Truly geared to today’s internationally mobile workforce, MyLeo supports international mobile tax calculations as well as cash and equity-settled LTIPs. A delivery of shares can be delivered to any bank account using our expert back office. Cash proceeds can be paid directly to the participant or to payroll in fund currency or foreign currency. MyLeo uses all in-house banking facilities making it compliant with SAFE regulations in China. Flawlessly linked with all of ING’s financial services, MyLeo is directly linked to our wholesale equities execution (care order desk) and offers share delivery services all around the globe.
A performance plan does not just stop after the plan is designed. Performance plans, awarding Performance Shares or PSUs need to show employees if they are on track and how they performed. Within MyLeo, your employee can view their personal, business targets and achievements in a single performance graph, while MyLeo calculates the actual or planned performance adjustment to the employee’s portfolio.
