Eliška Holubičková is a new HR leader of ING CZ

Prague, 20. October 2021 – Eliška Holubičková has been appointed a new Head of Human resources (HR) of ING Czech Republic as of October. She replaced Hedvika Hola, who now holds a regional position within the ING Group. The main tasks of Eliška Holubičková will be to guide the employees through ongoing transformation into a bank specializing purely in corporate banking and through the implementation of a hybrid way of working, where employees combine work from home and office.

"Working from home, which until recently was perceived more as a benefit, is becoming a common part of the way we work in our bank. As of this year, ING employees have the opportunity to combine work from home and in the office according to their own and team needs. The hybrid way of working is a reflection of our corporate culture supporting work-life balance and vitality," said Eliška Holubičková, the new head of HR of ING in the Czech Republic, about her appointment.

Eliška Holubičková (39) has been working at ING for almost three years, most recently in the position of HR business partner. Prior to that, she held similar positions in CEZ Group and ABB. Eliška spends her free time with her family, most often doing sports and traveling.
