InsideBusiness Trade lets you manage all your trade finance activities including transactions such as bank guarantees, documentary collections, and letters of credit. All activity is consolidated in a complete overview so that you can monitor all trade and payment processes in real-time and generate reports when needed.

The advantages of InsideBusiness Trade are numerous as well as secure. You can create new transactions or use templates and details from previous transactions, and view the status of all your transactions. This includes access to the entire history of the transaction such as details, correspondence with your bank, and historical trade documents of your letters of credit, documentary collections and bank guarantees.

InsideBusiness Trade lets you view documents before you approve or reject discrepancies, and communicate directly with your bank while you are logged in. You can set email alerts to notify others of changes to the status of a transaction. Depending on your requirements, you can generate standard or personalised reports in pdf or Excel formats, and schedule them to be emailed automatically to the appropriate people involved in the transaction.

Accessed through ING’s secure single sign-on for all ING Wholesale Banking channels, you are able to manage user profiles and access rights to sensitive information at any time. InsideBusiness Trade supports the multiple eyes principle for critical approvals and you can delegate which members of your team have approval rights for certain transactions. InsideBusiness Trade allows you to create multiple entities to reflect your corporate structure. For each entity, you can customise the setup and authorisation settings.
