Our colleagues show their home office and give some insight into how they have fared working from home.

Mira - Team Assistant

What are your experiences to date of working from home?

As a commuter, working from home has enabled me to save valuable time every day. In general, I would say that working from home helps me to focus on the task at hand. However, it also requires a lot of self-discipline and personal responsibility.

What was a challenge for you?

In the beginning, it was mainly technical issues that made the transition to working from home challenging. Being equipped with a separate monitor and an additional keyboard and mouse has definitely made things easier. However, my biggest personal challenge so far has been to keep my cat from constantly wanting to join in with my work. :-)

How has organisation and communication within the team changed?

To be honest, I'm always happy when the phone rings. Of course, we have our daily conference calls, but being in direct contact with colleagues is even more precious now.
