Wholesale Banking

Procurement & facility specialist

We are a small wholeasale bank located at Českomoravská 2420/15, Prague 9.

We would now like to strengthen our team with an experienced specialist who will take care of areas related to purchasing and facilities.

 

Main tasks in Procurement and Facility Management:

  • Participates in development and management of internal Procurement policies and procedures and relevant Key control Tests, other regulatory external/internal controls
  • Negotiates and drafts complex contracts, ocassionally leading tenders from inception to implementation, executes ourchase orders
  • Working with datas and prepare complex analysis, interpreting results, and providing effective recommendations
  • Maintains procurement booking system (Peoplesoft), maintains procurement contract database
  • Maintain purchase ordering, invoices matching and monitoring
  • Physical security - cooperation in the implementation and control of the physical security, security systems administration, planning, operation (ACS, CCTV, ESS, Key mgt.)
  • External vendors coordination (physical security services, security solutions provider…)
  • Occupational health and safety, fire safety prevention organization
  • Documentation and reporting for Facility Management domain
  • Car fleet management - car maintenance, fuel cards, GPS, car wash agenda, car policy maintaining (back up agenda)

Required Background & Personal Profile:

  • SŠ or VŠ education
  • >2 years of procurement or facility activities experience (ideally the combination of both areas)
  • Good experience with MS Office 365 - daily use mainly Excel and word. Experience with Peoplesoft software
  • Demonstrable practical experience and knowledge of the above activities (particularly in procurement)
  • Experience in physical security and related systems is advantage
  • Team player, pro-active attitude
  • Personnel ethical standard, common sense, independent in decision making
  • Communicate level in English (B2) and excellent Czech
  • Driving license B – active driver
